Anchor Navigation - sticky (07_19)

The “Anchor Navigation (sticky)” module displays a blue navigation bar in full-width, allowing the placement of links to the individual sections of a page. This gives the user the option of jumping directly to a certain point on the page. Apart from the different design, this module also differs from the “Anchor Links (Dropdown)” module in that it is always visible (sticky).
